There are a few things you should know before buying from us.
- Each piece is crafted with quality in mind and hope you fall in love with it as soon as it arrives, due to the nature of the products sold, being one of a kind and handcrafted, we generally do not accept returns, however returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis in the rare instance there is a quality-based issue with your purchase. A restocking fee may apply.
- Because all our products have a significant amount of handwork involved in their manufacture, each one varies slightly. The image you see online, is the closest representation we can provide you, however there may be slight differences in the product you receive.
- Our lighting products are all made with UL certified parts, however the fixtures themselves are not UL tested. This process costs thousands of dollars per fixture, which would be impractical for a one-of-a-kind light. We have followed safety guidelines and do believe our products are perfectly safe to use, however because they have not gone through the rigorous testing involved in UL certification, we are unable to make any guarantees.
- Our website, like almost all others, uses Google Analytics to anonymously keep track of site visitor demographics. User behaviour (without contact details or digital identifiers attached) may be viewed from time to time to improve the products and services we offer to you. At no point is this information shared with anyone outside our business or for any unrelated reasons. By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
